The field of coaching is considered one of the modern fields of our time, and until now it does not have an Arabic translation that expresses its exact meaning, so it is written in its name without translation.
It is a dialogue between two parties, one of whom is the coach and the other is the beneficiary, and this dialogue is not giving advice, treatment or guidance.
The most distinctive about coaching sessions are the questions asked by the coach intended to focus on the desired goal of the sessions.
The principle of applying coaching starts from individuals possessing all the resources, capabilities, and abilities to achieve the required change, but sometimes they do not discover the resources by themselves, underestimate, or do not know the correct way to exploit them, and on the other hand there are those who have some obstacles and challenges and unaware of how to overcome them.
And here comes the role of the coaching process in activating and discovering these resources and capabilities, and extracting them from the unknown to the known area. The application of coaching saves money and time, and speeds up obtaining the desired results.
And applying coaching has a positive and effective effect on individuals, institutions and companies. It has been observed that when practicing training separately, this leads to an increase of 20% of productivity, and when coaching is added to training, this leads to an increase in productivity to approximately 88%.
Every person needs a coach to help him achieve the different aspects of his life. Rather the coach himself needs a coach, so COACHING IS A WAY OF A BETTER LIFE.
